I work at the intersection of digital media, learning, and communication. I have done so for almost twenty years. I remain curious. I still drink too much coffee.
I am interested in how technology changes the way we connect, learn, and lead. Big data, connected systems, and AI matter to me only insofar as they shape judgement, trust, and decision-making. I care less about the tools themselves and more about their consequences.
I build strategies for branding, digital marketing, and communication that hold over time. Strategies that do not rely on constant amplification, but on clarity and consistency. At the moment, my work focuses on evolving Continental’s global employer brand.
Behind the buzzwords, my interest is leadership. Not as performance, but as practice. I believe good leadership is often quieter than we expect. It creates space instead of filling it. It holds tension instead of resolving it too quickly. It allows the right ideas to emerge at the right time.
Loud is easy. Sense-making is harder.
